Performances

Big City Swing’s Performances include wildly dynamic choreography, spontaneous jams and incredible social dancing.

Performances weave together fast footwork and hoppin’ aerials, all with contagious energy. It’s hard for an audience to sit still while watching the couples swing, flip and spin across the floor performing:

• Lindy Hop
• Jitterbug
• 20’s Charleston
• Aerials/Acrobatic

Lessons during Special Events

During our entertaining introduction to dancing, your guests will learn the basic steps and turns of East Coast Swing, leading to an unforgettable evening of swingin’ with style.

For a Roaring 20’s theme, we’ll teach your guests a 20’s style Flapper lesson. This is ideal for events with a predominately female audience, as the steps can be taught in a “line dance” format.

Guest Interaction

After a lesson or performance, give your guests the opportunity to dance with the professionals. Big City Swing’s dancers will circulate through the party so that your guests are able to try their new moves or ask us any questions they may have from the lesson.
