Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

To cancel a private lesson, contact Big City Swing as soon as possible via email or phone 312.243.0700.

Here’s the deal, please read the information below carefully. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies. If we have confirmed a lesson for you, we are turning away other requests for that day and time. It is very difficult to fill a lesson within 24 hours. If we can do it, we will, and you will not be penalized. But that’s not the norm, so here’s what you need to do to avoid any cancellation penalties.
 

If your lesson is scheduled Tuesday – Friday, you must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your lesson begins.

 

If your lesson is scheduled Saturday – Monday, you must cancel or reschedule by 4:00pm the preceding Friday or 24 hours ahead, whichever comes first.

 

If you cancel with less notice than outlined above, you will be charged the standard fee for a private lesson, gift certificate or one “punch” from your package.
 

If your partner unexpectedly can not make your lesson

You should definitely take advantage of the private lesson. Since leading and following are equally important and challenging, you (and your partner) will ultimately benefit from the personalized focus on your role.
