Private Lessons
Private lessons offer individualized attention and convenient schedules. They are a great way to prepare for a special event or hone in on challenging technique points. Your private lesson material will be based on your individual requests and your instructor will move at a pace which is comfortable for you. Check here for our current lesson openings.

For an individual:

How to Schedule your Private Lesson
Private lessons are currently available weekday afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends and begin promptly on either the hour or the half hour. The easiest way to schedule your private lesson is by calling the office at 312-243-0700, or sending us an email at admin@bigcityswing.com with your preferred days, times, and type of lesson.
You can also request an private lesson online. To request a lesson, the system will ask you to create (or login with) a unique user-name and password. When creating your profile, please include your credit card information or purchase your single private lesson or private lesson package. All private lessons must be confirmed with a credit card number, pre-paid or covered by a private lesson package.
For credit cards, a MC or Visa number, expiration date and billing zip code are required. Your card will not be charged, but the information will be securely encrypted and stored on file against the cancellation and no-show policies.
Space Exclusivity
We are currently a two-studio Chicago loft with a cozy atmosphere and fabulous aged wood floors. And fortunately, we are busy. In order to satisfy the current lesson volume, we occasionally split the studios during peak times (evenings and weekends). This does not deter from your lesson experience. Dividers split the room in half , while you receive private and focused attention from your private instructor. If you prefer guaranteed sole use of one of our studios, your lesson will be charged at flat $75/hour rate. Just inform our office manager, Laura, of your preference and we will accommodate your request.
