Customized Program Example

In each class, students will learn East Coast Swing, Charleston and Vernacular Jazz Movement. The material will be appropriate for all ages and include both partnered and solo steps. Each week will culminate in a short routine that ties it all together.

Time: Sundays, 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Date: September 20, 27, Oct 4, 11, 18 and 25 (6 consecutive weeks)

Location: Big City Swing Studio 1012 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607

Parking: Free street parking on Randolph, in front of the studio

Class Costs

Cost: $12 per participant per class

Pre-Registration Discount: $54 for the 6-week series (savings of $18/participant)

Registration and Payment Options

1. Call Big City Swing at 312.243.0700 with a Visa or Mastercard Number.

2. Enroll online via the PayPal system

In the message field on the PayPal registration, please list the names of the family members participating in the class.

3. Registration will also be taken at the door via Cash, Mastercard or Visa. Personal checks are not accepted at this time.

4. Class minimum to run the class: 10 pre-registered participants

Cancellation and Change Policies

Big City Swing has the right to cancel class if it does not meet the minimum number of 10 pre-registered students. Should a cancelation occur, pre-registered students will be notified by email and phone call and issued a full refund. Decisions regarding class cancelation will happen no sooner than 3 days before the start of the first class.

Cancellations / Changes received 3 or more days before the start of the first class are eligible for a complete refund or credit towards future group classes or workshops.

Cancellations / Changes received within 72 hours of the start of the first class will receive a refund minus a $20/person cancellation fee.

After the first class, refund will be calculated by tuition paid, less the $9/classes attended, less the $20 cancellation fee per enrollee.

The above policies apply to all forms of payment for classes including PayPal, cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, prepaid packages, credits and gift certificates.
