Guests artists are invited to make their home at the Big City Swing studio.

Catering

You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages. However, we suggest cold or room temperature selections as we do have a fridge for beverages, but we do not have a microwave, stove or oven.

We have several recommendations for both caterers and rental suppliers for addtional tables, chairs and linens.

Décor

You are welcome to bring in your own decorations for your event including balloons, streamers, signs, banners, flowers, etc.

We have worked with a local decorator who is fabulous, creative, budget sensitive and very familiar with our space. We highly recommend emailing Lisa Paul with Color&Company with any décor inquiries.

Gallery Spacestudio-11

We are a no commission gallery space. 100% of sales during a rental are yours to keep.

Artists must install and remove their own pieces during times specified in contract.
